Money Exchange


ONEPIP operates an online platform, ONEPIPnet where you can manage and carry out transactions any time, at your convenience.

Unlike banks and money exchange shops, ONEPIP partners with multiple liquidity providers to secure the best rates for you .We will waive all outgoing and incoming bank charges if the transaction amount is equivalent or above USD $50,000 (or an equivalent value in another currency).

We partner with multiple liquidity providers to offer you the best currency conversion rates. We also waive all outgoing and incoming bank charges if the transaction amount is equivalent or above USD50,000 (or its equivalent in another currency).

You must bear the bank charges for all incoming and outgoing transfers. ONEPIP does not charge a commission.

Fees and Charges

Indicative rates are the latest rates that we have stored on our platform.

Tolerance rates are the highest rates (compared to indicative rates) which allow us to transact on your behalf. It is 0.25% higher than the indicative rates. You have to send us funds based on the tolerance rates. This reduces the need for you to provide us with more funds, in the event the exchange rate changes.

Actual rates are the rates used for your transactions. They will be different from the indicative rates and tolerance rates because foreign exchange rates move on a per second basis.

As currency exchange rates changes constantly, we are unable to provide an Actual rate for you.

If the actual exchange rate falls within the Tolerance rate, then we will proceed with the currency exchange. We will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address notifying you the exchange rate at the point of transaction. Any excess funds will be credited into your ONEPIP account.

ONEPIP operates an online platform, ONEPIPnet where you can send your instructions for your transactions online at any time at your convenience.

Unlike banks and money exchange shops, ONEPIP partners with multiple liquidity providers to get the best rates for you. We will waive all outgoing and incoming bank charges if the transaction amount is equivalent or above USD50,000 (or its equivalent in another currency.)

We do not carry out money transfer services of the same currency, from one bank account to another. All funds must be exchanged into another currency before transferring it into your beneficiaries’ account.

If your transaction amount is equivalent or above USD50,000 (or its equivalent in another currency), we will waive all outgoing and incoming bank charges.

Fees and Charges

We can send money to most countries around the world, unless there are special restrictions imposed by our bank for that country.

It will take approximately one(1) working day for us to process the remittance after receiving your funds. However, the time taken for the beneficiary’s funds to be deposited into their bank account, is dependent on the beneficiary’s bank.

  2. Beneficiary bank account number;
  3. Beneficiary bank account name;
  4. Amount to be transferred; and
  5. Currency to be used for transfer

Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) code

  • A standard format of Bank Identifier Codes (BIC) and it is unique identification code for a bank
  • Used when transferring money between banks, particularly for international wire transfers. Banks also used the codes for exchanging other messages between them
  • The Swift code consists of 8 or 11 characters. When 8-digits code is given, it refers to the primary office

International Bank Account Number (IBAN) Code

  • Used in some countries to uniquely identify a customer's bank account
  • Consists of an alphabetical country code, followed by two digits, and up to thirty-four characters for the bank account number
  • For payments being sent from Australia to an IBAN mandatory country, an IBAN must be included

Bank-State-Branch (BSB) Code

American Bankers Association (ABA) Routing Number

  • A 9-digit number used to identify a financial institution in a transaction (usually ACH and wire transfers)
  • Some banks and credit unions may have multiple routing numbers serving different purposes, geographical regions or branches.
  • Can be found printed on the bottom of a check or on online banking sites of the financial institution

All transactions through BestPay and Payeco must comply with the Chinese financial regulatory guidelines. Documents (E.g. Invoices, proof of purchases and receiving) must be submitted to PBOC for inspection. The stringent regulation on our partners assures that our clients’ RMB transactions are highly secured.
